YES!!!! Things are finally starting to feel like we are getting back to normal, the "NEW NORMAL”. We are showing homes with masks and with all the Covid protocol being applicable but we are essential and working!
Two weeks ago our search for homes was down over 35%, this week we are down 15% and getting stronger by the day!
What many analysts expect to see will be much like after 9-11 where home sales spiked, because people wanted security. Never has a home felt more important than now! I am hearing this each and everyday from clients!
